How Teed Heating & Cooling handles information when you call us or visit this website, including what we keep, why, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
When you call, our office notes your name, phone number, service address and what your system is doing so a technician can be scheduled and the work can be billed. This website has no forms and does not ask you to type in personal details.
Website data
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, to keep the site secure and working. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and a map loads from Google only if you press a Show map button. Those services may set or read cookies under their own privacy policies.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule and complete service, send invoices, keep service records for your equipment and answer questions about past work. We do not sell personal information.
When we share it
We share details only as needed to do the work you asked for, for example with an equipment manufacturer for a parts claim, with a payment processor, or where the law requires it. If our technicians are fully booked and you ask us to help you get service sooner, we may pass your call to another local HVAC company so you can be helped.
Keeping and correcting records
